We called Star A/C to come out and fix an ac unit. they came out said they fixed it and charged me $425.00. A week later the ac stop working again. Called Star AC again. It took 3 weeks of fighting to get them to come out again. They came out said they fixed it and then 3 weeks later the ac stopped working again. Called Star AC and the owner Larry Franklin got on the phone cursed me out and hung up. Refusing to fix the unit. On thier paper work it says 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. read full review »
