I used to work as this place as a baker. I know I didn't do so well in the job, however there are times I don't deserve to get yell at. I was the only Asian guy to work in the kitchen and I remember once how the chef with glasses said racist stuff to me in Spanish or would treat me like crap because I am Asian. Also the baking manager there needs to take a chill pill, yelling the heck out of people for little mistakes can wreck someone's work ethics.
