Approved Access America claim. They allegedly issued me two checks in April. It is now July, and I still haven't received either of them. Access America approved my airplane ticket refund claim after weeks of letters and jumping through hoops including, but not limited to, being put on hold for 45 minutes while they looped one solid minute of “the Cannon in D” over and over and over again (I kid you not).
