I recently took their on-line “survey” and consider such a survey a joke as only one question was used. The question concerned about the satisfaction I felt while shopping at your establishment. A survey that includes only one question does not supply you with a large enough population to accurately measure results with any certainty. While I was checking out, the cashier asked me to donate to the Literacy Fund with some of my loose change.
