Two of my Chase credit card accounts claimed that I was one day late & charged me $16. I mailed my bill in over a week before the due date. Obviously, they waited to process my account until after the due date so that they could charge me a late fee. The unconcerned customer service representative told me that I would be charged every month with a late fee on top of a late fee if they wanted to, even if I closed my account, which I did, of course. I have not bought anything, just not paid the late fee on time they claim. This must be illegal. read full review »
