I just got a perm on 01/04/09 and the stylist started to give me a perm without washing my hair first. When I told her about it she said she forgot if she was to was it before or after the perm. It took her an hour and a half to roll my hair which is a fifteen minute job. Then she left me under the dryer for twenty five minutes instead of the fifteen she was supposed to.
