bought a defective oxygen sensor with 2 month warranty that they refuse to replace or refund after several emails, the last of which demanded I take it to a licensed mechanic, which I told them I did and never heard from them again after several more inquiries. I complained to EBay but it appears they have done nothing and are still giving this company a rating of 98 in spite of several other complaints I've seen on Google, The phone listed a few months ago went to a fax.
