CUSTOMER SERVICE was the WORST experience ever. The agents hung up on me 3 times before I finally got an agent that was able to help my account get renewed. I first called and the after I spelled my name she hung up on me. The next agent sucked ass even more...I just wanted to find out how many times my account was billed by the new month to month plan because I was not able to play any games on XBOX LIVE.
