I had made an online reservation with Enterprise Car Rental at LaGuardia Airport a good two weeks before July 18, 2009... Confirmation # RZLWW6. I was to pick up a mini van at 11AM that day. When I arrived, a manager solemnly informed me that there were no cars available and that the 20+ people waiting are on a first come first serve basis to rent a car. I would need to wait at least 2 hours and there were no guarantees that a mini van would become available.
