I have had numerous problems with sprint but this was the end of the road for me. I recieved my may bill with an extra $50 dollar charge for something known as thumb chat. When i called CS i asked the CSR what thumb chat was and he told me he didn't know, so i proceeded to ask him how they could charge me for something that he didn't even know what it was he then tells me that "well its on your account so it must be valid" wtf?
