I placed an order with BlueHippo in January 2008 and paid for it in full thru the layaway plan in February 2009. After several phone calls to their customer service beginning in June 2008, I finally received my product July 2009. I still have not received the rebate yet. Complaints: 1. Waiting on hold to talk to customer service for 90 minutes. 2. Unable to talk with supervisor or anyone who could give answers to my questions. 3. No refunds 4. Receive free gifts several months before receiving the product paid for. 5. Not receiving rebate. read full review »
