I have been with Sprint Mobile over eight years. And never had an ongoing problem like this...My mobile phone is a treo 800w...several times a week it ceases to sync with the network this will last 3 to 4 days at a time, during this time i can not use e-mail, gps, or anything but make a call...I've spoken with customer service, technical support (they have replaced the phone with another treo 800w) there advice is to take the battery out wait and put the battery back in.
