Placed an order...after not receiving the product in a reasonable time, I called for the status. Found out it was not in stock. Asked to cancel the order, and was told a refund would be submitted within 7-10 business days. After numerous calls and emails with no satisfaction regarding my refund. Monica, Angela, Debbie all staff employees told me there was nothing they could do about no getting my refund.
