This company took advantage of the fact that I didn't know my furance was 25+ years old and tried to repair it with new updated parts. In the end I was left with a outdated furance with new parts and a total of invoices with outrageous charges for a broken furance. After trying to negotiate with the company for a for a fair amount of payment they used a pervious invoice that had my checkcard information and signature for a $78.00 charge only to take money out of my personal checking with Bank of America account unauthorized.
