Letter states its a free grant of $25, 000, the phone call does not cost anything, nor do you have to pay any bit of the money back to them. Its all free, what a scam they want money for a guide book, the phone call I believe will show on my bill as me being charged a fee. What a scam, please don't fall for this people. I am a single mom, losing her job due to the economy, trying to start a small business and am finding no help out there. Don't make this mistake.
