Booked room on internet for $35.99 plus $4.66 tax. Bill came through on my MC charge card for $44.99 plus 13.36 tax and fees. Called HBC and was told they could not credit me the difference. Said that the hotel manager put the wrong rate down on our bill when we checked out. read full review »
