june 30, 2009 i agreed to a s&h charge of 3.95 for bio tech acai berry hybrid 7 to be sent on a trail basis. I never received the supplement. Now my bank account reflects a $79.99 charge which WAS NOT AUTHORIZED!!! Please correct this . I have been on hold for 110minutes !!!
