I ordered by phone. The person who took my order was Dave, the owner of the company. I ordered 2 couches with storage and 2 captains chairs. The furniture was to ship from California on June 10 and arrive approximately June 14 or 15. Due to the delivery truck breaking down, the furniture did not arrive until June 23. Discount Van Truck hired a trucking firm for the transportation of the furniture and that company subed the work to another trucking company, whose truck broke down in Texas.
