I went to the Arkadelphia UPS Store after having difficulty obtaining information at the US Postal Service--the person was relatively new and could not tell me, definitively, what product I needed to purchase to move my parcel from Arkadelphia to an APO (Military address). I then went to UPS and was told I needed to purchase 2 products (both products of US Postal Services). Since I had already spent 35 minutes of my lunch hour, I was now in a bit of a hurry.
