I ordered on-line and I agreed to pay for shipping. My account was charged for S&H. I got sick on the acai berry and cancelled my order. I was charged 78.00. 15 days later I was charged 83.00. I called Company, said I needed a cancellation number. I explained I didnt get one. Said that was a mistake. I e-mailed customer service; they said they would look into it, but until it was resolved, call customer service. I called, got the same old answer.
