I placed an order on 04/20/09 and as of 05/08/09 I still had not received my order. I was so frustrated that no one would reply to my e-mails ([email protected]), no phone # on their website...luckily I finally received my order more than a month later. Although frustred with the service, I decided to give this company another try because their prices are more economical than the salon price.
