Ordered Christmas flowers everything was different from the picture. The vase the flowers. The only thing that was the same was the pine branches. I called with my disapointment. The 1st guy said he could do nothing about it and hung up. I called back and spoke with someone else. She said they would reinburse the delivery fee. $12.99 I said o.k. It was never credited back. I called today for my 5th time to receive the refund. I was told this time that the manager was processing the refund as I was on the phone. I'm not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor.
