This company has failed to perform a home loan modification for me. They also refuse to give me a refund. I hired this company to peform a home loan modification for me over 10 months ago. I paid them $7000. They said they would use their lawyers to "negotiate" a loan modification for me. They said I would be "jumping for joy" by the time they were done, which would be in about 3 months. Boy was I swindled. It's been over 10 months and still no loan modification.
