I authorized only a promotional offer of two bags of coffee two travel mugs and two coffee mugs. I have already received two more shipments that are not authorized. and I spoke with Brian at Seattle Direct Coffee by phone and he said that they do not have a return policy and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she was "busy" and then she would be out of the office for lunch.
