On my AT&T home phone bill I was billed for a monthly service called "cheap2dial tel" with a billing agent named "USBI" They told me when I called that I had contracted "online" with their company for service and they would send me an email to confirm that. I (probably unwisely) gave them my email address... They told me I could call back and ask for credit after recieving the email confirmation that I had indeed subscribed. They told me they had canceled and blocked my phone number from any further charges. We shall see... read full review »
