Our Branch Administrator recieved a call from a telemarketer with this company asking her what kind of printer did we have and if she would be interested in trying one of their toner cartridges risk free. She explained to them how we have always had an account with dell and do not buy from anyone else. They then told her that the cartridge was absolutely free and no strings attached, and if she liked it she could call them and place an order. She then agreed to receive a FREE cartridge.
