I recently called and asked for a date of repo be sent to me. I need this to put tags on my new car. The letter was sent to me, but my name was spelled drastically wrong! My name is Kelleye M Hann. Not Kelly E. Hann. If possible, I would like another letter sent to me with my name spelled CORRECT. I wasted about 6 hours of my time going to the MVA just to be turned away because the name on the letter does not match the name on my license. read full review »
