I was contacted by the collections department on July 13, 2009 about making a check by phone payment because my account was deliquent. The payment was supposed to go through on July 23, 2009, but of course it went through on the 13th. I called Chase on July 17, 2009 and talked to the supervisor, Joyce, who stated that she would look into the situation and call me back.
