On July 7, I ordered the "FREE TRIAL" offer and authorized payment of $4.95 out of my checking account. I received the product about 2 weeks later. Then on July 19, my checking account was charged $38.00. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE. I called the company and CANCELLED my "enrollment" in their program. I asked them to please refund the $38.00 and was informed by the Cortney that they would not refund my money because my "trial period had passed".
