I took my dog to a vets emercency room and certegy declined my check so I was sent home with my anemic 4 year old dog and she passed away in the middle of the night thanks to certegy...something has to be done with this organization ...I lost my only best friend because they declined my check please someone respond ...I'm seeing red right about now thank you read full review »
