My wife ordered a Garmin 305 forerunner for my birthday. They immediately debited her account and never sent the product. We have called several times (almost 10) and have been given a different excuse each time. The owner even changes his name and voice on each call. I still do not have a product nor do I have my refund. The current excuse is CC billing company is down. Yesterday he promised my refund.
