I purchased a $399 software package from MacAuthority after carefully explaining my usage and asking if the package (Office for Mac 2008) was fully compatible with MS Office. They assured me it was. Now, I discover that it is not, and critical functions are not supported. They refuse to allow me to return the software, saying that "opened" software is not returnable. It was impossible to determine that the software did not function as represented until it was opened and tried out. read full review »
