I purchased a house from them. They did not complete all the work that was required on the walk thru, The appliances did not come until I was at the title company. I closed, I know I should not of but I still did. I noticed that all the repairs had not been completed when I went in the next day. I had to fly out and decided to deal with it when I returned.
