They sold me an expensive warranty guaranteed to protect me and my furniture and to honor repairs for up to five years. WHen I called to report the repair, they sent me a 4 or 5 page application to fill out and got back to me 2 weeks later!! Then they said that too much time had passed since it was reported so they would not fix the piece. There are several online complaints that are just like mine. They were also nasty on the phone and I contacted Bob's furniture and insisted they send someone. However, I paid for Guardman service and did not have any assistance.
