In 2006 I purchase a Sharp Flat Screen tv for over $2, 000 plus a Repair Master service plan which provides in-home repairs. In June 2009 the set lost sound. I called to apply my contract with Repair Master to the repair. First I was told I did not register the set in 2006 however my notes indicated I did. Explanation - sometimes those computer pages don't take and you will have to register. Take 7-10 days for you to show up in the system. Time passes and again I call for the repair.
