The software package was opened by a salesman from a locked, hard, plastic box. The software was in a plastic container that was opened by the salesman, who told me to go to check out. I did not open or do anything with the software package given to me by the salesman. When I tried to return, I was denied credit because the plastic cover, which was never on the software package given to me by the salesman was not present. read full review »
