We purchased at full price teak furniture carrying a Lifetime Warranty. Now that Scotts Company has decided to close and liquidate their Smith and Hawken Division they will no longer honor the advertised warranties. We have teak chairs that are rotten and broken. These chairs are no longer safe for use and have already caused one injury. The claim was brought before The Scotts Company and the expected run around of telephone numbers was provided. No one in the organizations will replace, refund or make any effort to correct this situation. read full review »
