July 20, 2009 I just received an exchange in the mail today from an order I placed 2/9/09. I find this caliber of service to be completely unacceptable. I contacted this support service on the status of the return twice and was never given any information aside from "we will process it when we receive it". I find it difficult to believe that the exchange took 5 months to reach the Hollister warehouse.
