Jumpstart.com is a learning game and seller to schools, I signed my daughter up for a 1 month trial for $4.99, being wary I could not find a cancel button so I contacted them 20 days later to see if I needed to cancel or it just expired. No response so I emailed them again. Nothing and then a $7.99 fee per month for 2 months. Again I called the 800 number and threatened to turn them in to the FTC, Consumer Affairs and the BBB and Chamber where they are located and voila a refund. Be wary of these scams.
