I am very disappointed when HSBC failed to collect my refund from BookInHotels.com. I made several bookings from the BookInHotels.com and two bookings were cancelled by the company. I received two seperate emails for cancellations and refunds. However, 3 months after I still haven't received the money. I contacted HSBC in July to get my money back from the BookInHotels.com.
