The other night my five friends and I decide to go to IHOP to get something to eat in early hours of the morning around 1:30/2 a.m. It was a mess from the moment we walked in. We were aware that IHOP was going to be jam packed and FULL of drunk cowboys but, we have always has some-what decent service so still wanted to go.
