Was not understanding from the conversation I had with a customer service on July 6, 2009 that I had Agreed to monthly shipments. I was under the impression from what they say on the internet that is was free not that they only give you 15 days instead of the normal 30 days that most trial offers are then they tell you that your credit cards has been charged and that is what is says in the fine print it is totally a ripe off. read full review »
