I found out the hard way that I can't get a refund of $83.95 for the AcaiBerryBreeze that I ordered as a "free" sample for $4.95 shipping. The $83.95 is actually the charge for the "free" sample if you don't cancel withing 14 days of placing your order. You agree to their terms & conditions by clicking on it without reading all the fine print. Because you agree, you cannot legally get a refund and they will not authorize a return of the opened "free" sample after 14 days. It takes longer than that to... read full review »

I ordered a trial sample and agreed to pay $4.95. I did not see any terms about returning withing 14 days of ordering to cancel future orders. I now have been charged $83.97 for the next shipment which I do not want and the credit card company says it cannot stop payments unless the company lets them. I cannot get in touch with the company to cancel because I don't have the address at this time...just a phone number where nobody answers. read full review »
