I ordered a SAMPLE of tea last August. I tried to stop Wu Yi sending the full order within 30 days and the thieves sent it anyway, charged me $60. Tried to cancel again by phone and email, they sent ANOTHER order. Finally stopped tha. In October 2008, I followed up with as many of the charges as could be tracked through my bill (most could not)and thought I'd spoken to enough "customer serivce people" to cancel all the underlying thieves who are associated with the tea creeps.
