The main complant was originally that we wanted local television news but could not get it. When they turned off the service because they had not recieved our payment in time. It was decided to discontinue business with them in total. At that time we asked for boxes to ship the recivers back to the company. They promised they would send a closing bill and send the boxes to us. So we waited and I called again over and over still nothing.
