This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I did not authorize my account to be debited 72.21 per month. On July 1, 2009 customer service assured me under cancellation confirmation no. 0701099955589 that I would be refunded three months of debits to my account. Specifically, 04/19/09 - $72.21; 05/20/09 - $72.21; 06/20/09 - $72.21. I have only received one and I demand the other two refunds that were charged without my consent.
