I ordered the product through the acainonidiet.com website and was transferred to acai a-slim. On December 2, 2008 I received the product but without any papers nor receipt nor any ordered number. I tried to contact the customer service as indicated in the terms and conditions but couldn't get hold of any. Then I sent an e-mail on Dec. 8 indicating that I want to cancel the subscription.
