i finance a car through nuvell in may of 2007 the car was total out in march of 2009 and the insurance company paid all of the loan but $1379.02 and i have gap insurnace that did not pay there part so i was left to pay it . so i pay the $1379.02 on july 16 2009 and they cash my check and will not send me a letter saying that the loan is paid off they will only tell me to talk to a collecting agent that have .so what can i do to get them to give me a letter that the loan is paid off thank you charlie read full review »
