I don't know who's worse - Hotwire Communications or DISH Network... Each time my cable goes out (which is daily at best) and I try to call the number indicated on my TV error message, DISH Network informs me that they cannot help since my apartment building account is through Hotwire Communications. I've called Hotwire several times to "discuss" my bill but I'm usually met with a response of "someone will call you back." It's a good thing I wasn't holding my breath because I have yet to get a call. read full review »
