oN jULY 5, 2009, my wife and I embarked from california to San Juan Puerto Rico on a vacation planned foor one year. All tickets were purchased and paid for. All documentation was sent in including passport numbers. To make a long sad story short, I lost my passport on the trip to San Juan to board the ship.
